Shipping policy
Deliveries within the UK
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer shipping to the UK only.
Our shipping rates are dependent on the location you would like us to ship to.
If your delivery is under 2kg in weight (including packaging) and you live in mainland UK you have the option to select Royal Mail 48 service which generally take 2-3 days to get to you. This service isn't tracked but you will get a reference to let you know its on its way to you. You can also select the faster but more expensive DPD next working day service which is fully tracked.
If your order weighs more that 2kg (including packaging) we will always send via DPD next working day.
For orders over £35 we will not charge for Royal Mail delivery but you may still choose to upgrade this to DPD tracked Next Working Day service at the usual rate.
If you live in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, The Channel Islands or the Highland and Islands of Scotland, please e-mail sales@littlegscoffee.com to agree the best way of shipping and the price before placing your order.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include a reference or tracking number (dependant upon the service selected) that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours after placing your order for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@littlegscoffee.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
DPD have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Their full terms & conditions around this can be found on their website www.dpd.com. As such, we would recommend you do not use a P.O. Box address for deliveries by DPD as stated in our shipping options.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns of returnable goods up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@littlegscoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
